"Zimmer wurde lustlos sauber gemacht. Bettdecke einfach wieder übers Bett geworfen, Kissen, was wohl über Nacht runter gefallen war, lag noch in dem Spalt zwischen Fenster und Bett. Überwurf wurde auch nicht wieder auf das Bett gelegt. Reinigungsmaterial wurde in Bad vergessen.. Das Einzige, was aber eigentlich nicht nötig war, es wurden die Handtücher ausgetauscht. Personal hatte wohl nicht wirklich Lust was zu reinigen, sonst hätte sie / er gemerkt, dass die Sprühflasche mit Putzmittel bei uns...

"The location was perfect! We were in Salzburg for the Christmas market it was a quick 5 minute walk. Super close to the castles as well. Many dining options nearby. The hotel breakfast buffet was excellent! Rooms very comfortable and a very nice bar in the lobby! Will definitely stay here again! "

"Great little hotel in a spectacular location. Nice friendly and knowledgeable staff family. Parking was easy considering we were inside the walls and what a treat to actually be inside the walls. Close to the Schloss so we were easily able to walk to our tour of the underground passages of the castle walls. ❤️ Nurnberg! "

"The hotel is beautiful! The staff are very welcoming and nice! Breakfast was included and it was very good. The Christmas market was 8-10 min walk and so was old town. The DM store was around the corner and so was the marketplace. Would stay here again, i did hear loud music nd people talking at 1 am but it wasnt too bad. "

"This hotel was mainly location location location. 5 minute walk to the city legendary spot. Room was clean but very small. Stayed one night, wouldnt reccomend more than 2."
