"Hotel Baren is a lovely Swiss hotel right next to the bus stop for skiing in transportation around. It’s right by the bobsled and the skeleton.The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever experienced. The Spa and Pool with both a hot tub and a sauna were wonderful. Don’t forget to book a masseuse right there at the spa. The staff is so helpful. The Mountain View‘s from our balcony and bedroom were lovely. "

"Great stay, very nice and friendly staff who took great care of us. We were taking part in Engading ski marathon and needed to get to the start area early in the morning. The hotel organized an extra funicular ride and had breakfast bags ready for us which was just great. Beautiful location, spectacular views, good restaurant and nice and clean rooms."

"Week long stay while working locally, very comfy and pleasant stay, room was very large, more like a small apartment, breakfast was good. Very quiet for the number of guests. Wifi in the room was okay but not quite enough for a zoom call so had to move to the reception area where it was fine. Could stream TV though."

"The place was clean and nice. Unfortunately it says language spoken English. That wasn’t the case. Worked through that and then tried to eat. No vegetables at all my wife is vegan. Grocery store downstairs so we shopped, tried to borrow a fork from the hotel and NO was the answer. Ate with hands. Bummer"
