"I stayed in this hotel many times. The staff are friendly and rooms are of good size and the breakfast is good. But the room I stayed didn't have a mirror in the bathroom and didn't have the mini-fridge. Other than that, it was all good."

"It was very obvious that they DO NOT, wash the bed sheets used by the previous guests. There was lingering body odor and they had sprayed the room strongly with Lysol. I just had to chk out after the first overnight stay loose the money having prepaid for 3 fays. prepaid "

"Hotel Cyril is a budget hotel, with friendly and helpful staff and clean rooms. The hotel is new and in good condition. It is away from the crowded central tourist district, near to the VIvekananda Kendra campus. A great destination for a multi-day visit."

"Me and my wife had to checkout of the hotel because the hotel did not meet the standards mentioned at Hotels.com. Bathroom and beds were dirty with spots and spit on walls. It was a “smoking” room and I could smell the smoke and saw the ashtray. I did not stay in the hotel and request for a FULL REFUND ASAP !!! "

Thing that could be improved: 1. The AC didn’t cool the room enough, and we had to rely on the Fan to keep the room cool. Staff informed us that this was due to renovations. 2. Wifi signal strength and speed were not good, and I had to use my mobile hotspot to attend online work meetings. 3. Breakfast buffet closes at 10 am. Typically at other hotels, it is 10:30 am. "
