"The first room we got assigned had no towels, a dirty shower and missed pillow cases. The reception said that housekeeping couldn’t come back to clean and we were assigned another room. It appeared that it was cleaned but the airconditioning wasn’t working in this room. This property is old, not maintained (leaking air conditioning in the hallways) or cleaned (dirty carpets) . Staff didn’t even care when I told them I had a terrible stay upon check out. They just smiled. When paying 300 Euros...

"This accommodation is basic. The kitchen woul be more useful with better utensils eg a sharp knife, veg peeler, chopping board. "The hotel was in a great position. Our room had a double aspect and in one view overlooked the harbour and the other view was over towards the estuary of the Seine. The staff were excellent, speaking French at first and when we had trouble, reverting to English. The hotel as a whole was clean and interesting. Becuase of the hotel's age some of the floors were not perfectly horizontal and the tairs were historic!"

"Original room had an adjoining room door. We could hear the family next door as if the door was open. We were upgraded to a kitchen style room with a great view of yhe Honfleur bridge. Pizza at the hotel was ok and filled the void. Free parking on site, breakfast not included but available.
