"When we arrived at 3 am receptionist was really friendly she gave us the key to our room,( room 13 ). The room was clean but very noisy. Rattling noises what's coming out of the walls we have to complain to change the room although the receptionist do know about this issue as she's aware why she didn't offer us another room to start with so we had to pack all our stuff again and move to a different room it actually ruined our night as we was only stopping to sleep and as everyone know you have...

"Hotel Hugo is a nice, clean, quiet, interesting hotel. While the rooms are very modern, the exterior is very old because it was formerly a hospital, and renovations are ongoing in some parts. The grounds are lovely, and the restaurant is both convenient and inexpensive. I'd definitely stay here again."

"The hotel and room are dated, reminded us of the hotel in American Horror Story. Unfortunately even with the room make up card on the door the room was not made up after the first night and had to request items from reception "

"Beautiful and quiet place, with a great atmosphere, close to a forest. The staff was extremely kind and really engaged. We felt looked after. The quality of food and portion sizes were awesome. Highly recommended!"
