"Great little hotel in the old town section walkable to everything. Best to park in the main parking lot outside of the old town section and use the escalators to get up the the old town. It's about a 20 minute walk to the hotel so we left our suitcases in the the car and packed our backpack with everything we needed for the stay. Room was small but not cramped...keep in mind the building is hundreds of years old! Window had shutters blocking view of the small street but if you gently raise...

"The room and breakfast were both excellent. Although it was a small hotel it compared favorably with many larger upscale places I have stayed. It was also conveniently situated both for the cathedral properties and for restaurants. It was really outstanding. "

"Good location, 10 to 15 minute walk from train station and the funicular and has a good view of the hilltop city of Orvieto from below. The included breakfast was fine."
