"I enjoyed my stay here. The manager who I believe is the owner was very kind and hospitable. The location is perfect with plenty of on street parking. The hotel is very clean and I felt comfortable. I do t believe in the area you will find any better. This is top of the line for the area although may night be top of the line for American standards. I am very grateful for the service and hospitality I received at this very nice hotel "

"Sleepy small town that was interesting. Only two complaints...bed was very hard and the site stated it was 6 miles from Val Trompe .that may be as the crow flies but it is an hour drive. Food at restaurant was excellent. We liked the family atmosphere and the friendly dog"

"The hotel was good clean and tidy. Staff were great and helpful. BAD POINT though. There is kettle and cups in room but only a teabag on offer. When I asked at reception for some coffee and milk I was told there is a shop across the road that sells it. The hotel don't do it. Every hotel I have ever stayed in round the world with a kettle and cups ALWAYS supply tea, coffee, sugar etc..... To the MANAGER of the hotel.. This is a very simple fix to your hotel operations.
