"It was amazing from check in to check out. Great service great food chef and waite staff. Beautiful grounds ..staff always working to make it clean and welcoming. Free coffee... fresh ice and water lovely view watching the surfers any time if day. The road in is in need of repair. Not the hotels fault. Overall the most relaxing vacation with traveling family. Deluxe suite is large with nice furnishings taht fir the ilupscale tropical vibe of the hotel. On a motorcycle trip and ended up booking 3 extra nights to stay a bit longer. "

"The hotel and staff are fantastic and we had a wonderful time. But I am unhappy with the $1000 deposit required at check in. First I find it far too high and second the process to refund it was very strange. At check in they charged my credit card $1000 and then at check out they said they had to run it again for another $1000 before they could refund the original $1000. None of this made any sense to me and I was left with two $1000 receipts and only one showing a refund of $1000. I don't...
