It was explained that there was a large group that stayed and that the boiler just couldn’t keep up. Understandable, however I was moved to another room and one night hot shower. "We loved the hotel! It was gorgeous, with each floor having a different Indian theme. Our room was amazing, with beautiful Bihari artwork painted right on the walls. It was also really clean and spacious. The staff were super friendly and made us feel really safe. One evening, when I wanted to walk to a store, a staff member even walked with me! The hotel also offered complimentary tea each evening, which was a delightful and refreshing touch. We had a fantastic time and will definitely come...

"The fmaily room was very big and staff was helpful and that's where the positive feedback ends. The room has very dim lighting and very old furniture. Definitely NOT 3 Star hotel. Will give a miss next time."
