"We have stayed here several times in the past. Although the location is great the rooms are outdated, specially for the price and the fact it’s a 5 star hotel. 1 little bottle of shampoo and bodywash for 2 people and they were not replaced the 2nd day? 2weeks in the netherlands this was the most expensive one and the only one with no proper bodywash and shampoo provided, this is not to be expected in a 5 star hotel. I was told 2 years ago they were in progress of updating the rooms not no sign...

"Awful. Hotel sent me an email saying I could check in as late as 22:00 and that someone would be there to greet me. I arrived at 21:00 and was not able to check in due to no one being there. If I never received that email, I would have been on time. They charged me for both nights I was staying and didn’t refund me for THEIR mistake. If you want to have no place to stay your first night in Europe and be out money to begin your trip, this is your place."

"The staff was super friendly but this hotel needs more staff. It’s one person doing everything, check in, waiter and room service. The tv wasn’t working, i waited 30 minutes for the waiter to pass by and fix it for us. After he fixed it, it stopped working again (antenna wasn’t connecting). I didn’t want to call him again because i knew he was the only one running the entire place. So I had a hotel room without a working tv. There’s no parking if you arrive after 9:30pm. Hotel rooms were above a cocktail bar situated opposite a small square filled with bars and restaurants, close to the town hall.
