"This is an older property, the third floor bedrooms were chilly and generated a lot of condensation which was uncomfortable to sleep in. Generally the rooms just need updating but the communal areas are well looked after and much warmer. "

The room was a little tired but still nice, and the bathroom floor could have done with a good clean, but the rest of the bathroom was spotless. "I stayed for Easter 2025 with my Aunt and we had a lovely time. The hotel is central to walk to the beach and shopping centre and the bus stop to get around outside. The staff are exceptional and supportive. The room was spacious and very clean The Breakfast is full English and it was a great start to our day. "Well placed only a 10 minute walk from the beach. Needs some TLC and a good clean up around the outside of the building and grounds, there is no excuse to leave rubbish and litter lying around especially in the areas customers walk past, it gave the wrong impression. However once inside all is fine. Lovely breakfast. "
