But it did hinder the activity a bit and it feels unsafe. They could have warned us. And another thing. The room we had is on level 1 on the side of an avenue. The window is poorly made, all the noise comes in. We couldn't sleep well and that is a huge drawback for any hotel."

"I wish the staff were a bit more attentive. I felt like I was in a Holiday Inn Express. Very impersonal. They also do not have rooms equipped for handicapped access or rooms that are equipped for that purpose. The beds were too high for my 90-year-old mother-in-law. There were no handrails in the bathroom or shower area, which was very dangerous. If you are considering a hotel that is equipped, look elsewhere."
