"Second day water was not available. Went to advise the lady in the front regarding the water and she flat out lied stating the entire hotel was out when our friends and family had water. Just flat out inexcusable to lie. Never once apologized and when asked to speak to the manager she refused. It was the lady that’s upfront in the AM on a Tuesday. Just won’t recommend this hotel when visiting Paztcauro. Unfortunate ."

"What a hidden place..the first room had just had the wood polished and was a strong smell...we asked for a different room... within minutes had a different room...Nice big bed...only issue is I flooded the bathroom... forgot to remove drain plug in shower😵‍💫"

"First off this hotel is a great choice. They were accomidating with the parking even though it was a tad bit difficult. Morning breakfast was a let down with service. I do understand English is not the spoken language but having coffee with no fresh milk or cream? Instead they gave you the powdered instant chemicals. Was not a fan of that. Also with the room… beautifully decorated but no privacy. You are only a door away from hearing it all. Was not expecting that but alas that is what...
