"Very good buffet breakfast "

"Pleasant surprise, I had been to Moss before and walked past a few times without giving it a second thought. However, having stayed it is a nice hotel, the room was very spacious and well kept. The breakfast options were surprisingly large and varied. A free hot drink when ever you wanted downstairs, the taxi ordering facility either for now or later. The free use of umbrella`s which was very useful on one occasion. All round a genuinely nice hotel with friendly staff, would happily stay again."

"10 day visit around Norway staying in different places. Worst bathroom on trip. Shower was not built in, with only a shower curtain, which did not prevent water flooding the bathroom. Best breakfast on trip. The buffet was excellent, with a good variety of hot and cold food. Good, central location and relaxed atmosphere"

"Interesting historic house, once a nurses home as it’s opposite a hospital! No reception, access via a door code sent to you by SMS on day of arrival. Except mine did not arrive. Had to work out who to phone (security guy) then was told room wasn’t ready. All a bit of a nuisance as we were tired after a long journey. But having spoken to the staff, ten mins later my code arrived. Total delay 20 mins. However, room was fine though very small, with useful kitchenette. All very clean...

"Nice hotel, the rooms could use some upgrades, but I’m guessing if had I gotten a suite, it would have been a little nicer. Pillows were really small. Staff were nice, and I will most likely stay here again in the future. "

"The hotel is vintage in age, design and decor - so different from "seen one, seen them all" modern facilities. Location is close to town but feels rural and a bit rustic - just what we look for in lodgings while on holiday. Staff went out of their way to be helpful (calling for taxis and food delivery when our phones wouldn't operate) and making suggestions for day trips in the area. They treated us like family!
