"To call this a hotel is a stretch, its more like a guesthouse. No reception on arrival, even though published as open to 6pm (which says it all!!). "A fuse had gone so my room was 4 degrees when i arrived after a long drive. In fact not much worked because of that, but i did have light in the bathroom and hot water there. Staff were apologetic, but i was not given a refund or similar. I tried calling staff at 2330 and also at 830 am, but nobody was picking up. I got electricity back 1100"
