"We had a good stay in a deluxe room. We stayed 2 nights and only interacted with 3 members of the staff - reception, bar and breakfast staff who just told us to pick a table and help ourselves. The deluxe room was spacious with lovely shower and bathroom but could have done with extra touches eg hooks for towels and robes by the shower, tissues, toiletries and adequate supply of loo roll. The staff were friendly and upgraded to a bigger room for the dog; this had one negative as it looked out onto a roof covered with rubbish, which i told the front-desk should be easily cleaned.
