"Second time to the hotel for a week business trip. The staffs are helpful and nice. Special thanks for Miss Joyce（郑）! She supported our requests and transportation arrangements on both trips. Hotel is located near a shopping and dining district. Short walking distance and many dining options. Easy to travel to other parts of Fuzhou by Didi ride also. Highly recommended hotel."

"The hotel is very old and not well maintained. The hotel is situated in the old town surrounded with old houses and buildings. Public transportation such as subway requires 15 minutes walking. The only plus side is the front desk staff. They are nice and helpful."

"Rude welcome during check-in, unreasonable documents requested (not required in any other hotels or by governmental policies). Thin walls, the discussions that started 5 am in the morning in the room next door, we very loud. No proper Western breakfast, coffee was bad. - The hotel was brand-new, so all was nice in good conditions, still .... all-in-all was the team not trained, lost, unfriendly; it looks pretty much like a management problem. "

"This hotel was 50 km away from the address shown by Expedia. Very unprofessional and unhelpful response from Expedia when contacted about this matter that they are giving false information which is their fault but even then they put a penalty on me. And that too was like the penalty for cancellation after the stay date was mentioned 1 night charges plus taxes but the penalty put on of their own fault was 3 times the penalty mentioned. Never ever going to use Expedia again, so unprofessional and...
