"It was very close to buisness trip at Rhodes at the Pawtuxet as we were settling up a wedding there woth my team but the star bucks girl named in the morning shof of 12/23 was so so rude anv basically ignored me at first then afterwards ofgered to get me something but wotha very frawn face and racists attitude....i felt it since she saw me come with my hijab...on the other hand the c.s at front that was in the same shif was super friendly and nice "

"It’s very nice clean hotel. The only issue was so called breakfast. It was a joke. I think it was the worst breakfast I’ve ever seen.Literally nothing there.At least first day they had few hard boiled cold eggs and second day they didn’t even have that. They should stop with that free breakfast at all or do better job because it ruins their reviews. Other than that it’s nice hotel with great staff. That’s way I’ll give four stars. "

"Great stay at Sonesta ES Suites Providence - Airport. Quiet (so sound of airplanes whatsoever), great room (we got the "loft" room with 2 queen beds on the bottom floor and 1 king bed on the top floor. Two bathrooms. Good breakfast."

"We had a really nice stay. Unfortunately a pipe burst in the room where their router lives so we had no hot water or internet for the evening. They did get it repaired but the water didn’t get very hot. That being said they offered us other accommodations 20 miles away and they were very nice about it. The staff were super friendly and our room felt like it was new. I’d definitely stay there again. "

"Everything about our experience told us this hotel knows the meaning of the word “hospitality”. As a matter of fact, they excelled at it. On arrival we were warmly greeted in a cheerful lobby. Check in included a little bag of treats and delicious sangria. A welcome surprise was the complimentary breakfast you can order the night before and is delivered to your room at the time you request. The baked goods were fresh and everything was delicious. "It’s really an amazing property. It’s just across the street from the ocean. It’s worth it to get a room with a view. The room was very clean and spacious. "

"Ashley at Serenity Inn was very welcoming, and the staff were very attentive. Parking availability and amazing breakfast makes this a must stay inn, I would choose this inn again if and when I return and I’ll definitely recommend."
