"The best things about this resort are the location and the staff. Sabrina on reception is always smiling and cheerful. She has "magic fingers" which repairs things. Sitaram Streatham is an outstanding waiter in the restaurant. He is very attentive but also very knowledgeable about local wildlife. Lovely gentle mannered man. Our room was very comfortable. The bathroom is a wet room so i struggle with wet floors but i bought a floor squeegy in town for just over £1 and that helped a lot. ...

"We enjoyed our time at Center Park. They organized our elephant safari and taxis into town which was just a five minute drive. The staff were very friendly and the pool was a nice break from the heat. It was a bit dirty but the stagf cleaned it when we asked. Also, the ac doesn’t work with power outages so I would recommend going in the cooler season if possible. The buffet they offered was mainly indian food and tasted good, but overall the food was a bit overpriced for Nepal in our opinion....

"Loved my stay here. Very nicely run lodge— a great choice in the area that provides an upscale experience for a very reasonable amount. The staff were all lovely, the owner ever-present, making sure you’re having a great stay. But the stand-outs were the safari guides, who were so friendly and knowledgeable and worked very hard to ensure a great experience in the park. Saw tons of animals—so many rhinos!—but sadly no tigers, though the guides were super committed to trying to spot."

"This place is a basic bungalow and for the price you can get something similar for much cheaper. In the middle of the night, a rat crawled across the floor and startled my girlfriend a lot. In the morning, we packed and I booked a hotel somewhere else at 4 am. We couldn’t stay here because we found it very dirty and not worth the price at all. It was very grimy and not even inexpensive for the location. I’d recommend staying somewhere else for the price or less. "

"We stayed for 2 nights and welcomed 2020 here and we couldn't have picked a better place to be. Ram was our guide and he also ensured that our stay was comfortable and took care of any requests we had. We were the only guests for the two nights as it is low season during winter time but we cannot recommend a better time to visit Nepal in general. "Our Stay at the Jungle Sunset Camp was a real good surprise! The Hotel is on the river, very quiet, but still walking distance to the main street of Sauraha (not so big).
