"Do not stay at this property. My army tent was better than this place. The doors and windows are not sealed so all the rooms were full of spiders, mosquitoes, and huge stink bugs. The water in shower in #27 was just cold water. The mini split AC leaked water into the upstairs bedroom flooding the floor. I had to place bath towels on floor to stop water. I also put a trash can at the leak to catch the water. It was obvious we had no clean towels but house keeping did not give us clean towels. All...

"The Casona is a nice hotel. The room siz is acceptable. Staff is friendly and helpful. The price is too high for what you get. Hotels.con says the distance from Cuetzalan is 4.6 miles. No it is 16 miles an transportation is very limited to go in and out. The Casona is located in the town of Jonotla, Puebla which is a very nice town if you want to "disconect""

"El desayuno es rico, con buen sazón y sabor de la comida casera tradicional mexicana. La habitación era cómoda, limpia y bastante amplia. Me asignaron el área de bungalows y en general las habitaciones lucen antiguas, pero no por eso son malas. "

"Es muy bonito el hotel no solo es dormir ahí la vista es muy buena desde el restaurante la calidad los alimentos geniales. Y el personal es de lo mejor que puede haber. Casacada y ecosistema único en la region de México lo hace ideal para conocer mucho más de la zona. Ojo : lleven repelente o insecticida ecológico."
