One of the cats jumped on the table where the breakfast buffet was set up. The children were allowed to run in the hallway and be loud after 10pm. Seemed odd to me when guests are trying to sleep"

"We had a 2 days stay for 3 people and 1 infant . The apartment is huge nad can easily accomodate 6 adults . Having 2 bathrooms is really convenient . Ideally located in the Fontana mall , everything in teplice is walking distance and you have all you need for shopping in the building. You can visit the wellness center which is 1 floor down and is pretty decent . Parking on the underground of the mall . Communication was really effective , polite and proffesional . "Nice hotel overall. It has a restaurant and bar. I ordered beef for dinner and was pleasantly surprised to have filet mignon placed in front of me. A good size bathroom with the typical small shower stall. Not a lot of power outlets, also not uncommon. The staff was friendly, although the night desk person didn't know too much English. "I need to say that I paid this property and not staying even overnight. Very dirty, the towel Very Very dirty. Staff don't know what to do. I definitely making complaints and want money back. "
