"This is my first time leaving a review on here because this was one of my worst hotel experiences. Basically everything was wrong with this hotel and the room we were assigned. Be warned and save yourself the headache we had to deal with. Room booked was supposed to have a balcony, it didn’t. Hotel receptionist was supposed to speak English, Italian and French. She only spoke Italian and was very confused. She couldn’t find our booking for a while and claimed we hadn’t paid but eventually called...

"This is a beautiful property with clean and comfortable rooms. And it is only 7 minutes away from Damanhur, that amazing site of underground Temples. Also, the morning breakfast is excellent. I rented a hybrid car in Milan, and this property had an electrical outlet for such cars! "
