"MISLEADING PHOTOS!! We booked based on good reviews & management photos showing a garden & outdoor seating areas. Imagine our surprise to find this to be misleading compared to reality! "We were welcomed with a warm smile and a cool wine on a hot day. The staff were all very attentive. The property is a little off the main route for Munich to Venice walkers but the diversion is well rewarded. The food was great and the breakfast outstanding."

"The room for a single is small but very comfortable. If you arrive in late fall or winter, the room may be a little warm, but it does cool down once the window is open. Very, very congenial staff. I would definitely return."
