"We only stayed for a very short period but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was a good size with very comfortable bed, and the overall look was modern and well maintained. The pool is great especially at night. Location for KLIA is perfect, very short transfer and the hotel has a shuttle service. Overall we were very happy with the stay and will return on next visit to KL"

"The hotel is inside KLIA terminal 2 which makes it an excellent choice for a rest before transfer. However, the sound insulation is quite poor, we can hear noisy neighbor throughout the night. "

"For the price, it was good value for money, the bed had clean sheets and was comfortable, the bathroom was in need of repair as the handle on the shower door was broken, that said the shower was good and hot. Could of done with windows, as there wasn't any in the room's and maybe outside seating in the smoking area. The breakfast was simple but nice and the staff lovely and helpful. We all agree that we would stay here again."

"If only they can change the beddings that are obviously aged more than a decade or two, it would be a more pleasant stay because the management should know well that a good night’s sleep is the utmost priority to guests. "Dirty lobby and terrace areas, towels were dingy and worn out, hotel sign and building need fresh paint, located in a dusty industrial area, nothing of interest in the area, noise throughout the night from people talking in the next room, doors banging, and vehicles going by. We checked out earlier than planned. Even the GRAB driver laughed and asked us who suggested this hotel to us. Liked that the bed is clean and there’s a new store in the next building."
