"We stayed at DarZahia for 3 nights in November. Zahia (the owner) was not there but sent us a number of emails in advance with things to do in Taroudant and the vicinity, which was really helpful. The staff working there Belaïd and Fatima were excellent, really friendly and made us feel at home- Belaïd was really helpful showing us around town and Fatima's food was superb. "Beautiful Riad with many trees, vines soaring from the courtyard allowing the riad to be home to birds and travelers. Clean well kept and friendly. The breakfast and dinner were excellent as well. Brush up on your French as English is not the language of choice. It is Morocco through and through."

"Hote mal honnête qui veut nous faire croire que ce n´est pas possible au prix fait par expedia,qu´on doit payer plus. Par la suite on nous dit qu'il n´y a plus de chambre comme on a demandé et qu´on doit prendre la suite royale (on est dans village perdu ici et dans un vieux riad qui tombe en morceaux) Finalement apres une discussion corsee, il y a des chambres et ok elle nous laisse le tarif expedia !!! "A very nice small hotel. Super clean. Breakfast is paid separately but nothing excessive (2,5€ to 5€). The hotel doubles as a restaurant/coffee place so you may have to walk thru the coffee place, in our case during a football match, so we got 40 men staring at us, but nothing to be afraid about. Guest cars are to be left next to the hotel in the public street but under the surveillance of the hotel CCTV. Zellige showeroom, a large living area with oodles of storage and a partitioned off area with a king-size four poster bed and air-conditioning.
