"This was a beautiful property. Staff and Service was excellent. The rooms were a bit small and dark, but lovely furnishings. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Good location, close to everything, but the entrance is located in an alleyway if that bothers you in anyway."

"I love Lotte. I stayed in one of the Suites with club lounge access. The gym, the spa, and pool are wonderful. The men’s sauna and indoor pools are well maintained and cleaned regularly. The club lounge is basically free dinner in the evenings, in case you don’t want to eat out. However, the best part of the lounge was AN, who works there. "The Metropole exceeds all expectations! We loved our stay! Our room was comfortable and beautiful. We enjoyed meals at Angelina and the Bamboo bar. Breakfast was excellent. The bunker historical tour was so good; and our guide explained the storied history and the significance of the Metropole, bringing it to life for us. Lastly, the staff is exceptional and friendly.
