"Had it not been for all of the loud children who were screaming and playing all night until after 4:30 am, this would have been a peaceful stay. There's no complimentary breakfast (we were told at reception) despite it being advertised- so don't get your hopes up. Be aware of mosquitos! There were a few in our room."

"Really nice place to stay in Taif. My family and I had a really great time. The rooms are beautiful, the breakfast is ok, you don't have much choice but it's worth it just for the fresh waffles. The garden in the back is really nice, there is a pool, kids park, traditionals tents, we've enjoyed it a lot. Honestly good price / quality."

"My FIRST and LAST time I will make any reservation though Hotels.com, worst experience ever, I have never stayed at the hotel because I had an accident in the road, so I had to cancel my tirp, when I contact the hotel to reschedule my booking they told me I have to contact Hotels.com in order to change the dates I tried everything to reach you I couldn't I Called on overseas Call and waited for 30 minutes no answer... Worst after sales servics ever... Thanks that Bookig.com still working"
