"The pinnacle is a good hotel but it used to be excellent . The staff are still excellent but its beginning to show its age like all other hotels do. The food on the nenu is excellent but the breakfast is limited. The biggest downside i found was the shower curtin. It had clearly seen better days and should have been replaced. "The hotel itself offers a clean, comfortable room with excellent housekeeping services, making for a mostly pleasant stay. The small rooftop terrace pool is a nice facility. While the American breakfast was acceptable, it was insufficient and additional food was charged, and the other breakfast options were limited, of poor quality, and also insufficient. The need to order extra items led to additional charges, which seemed excessive, with a 100-peso fee per item delivered to the room. The hotel...

"The location of the hotel is good. Easy access on foot to several eating spots. The room is basic but clean. Aircon was a tad noisy to have uninterrupted sleep. The bathroom was basic too and could do with a shower enclosure or at least curtains to keep the rest of the bathroom dry. A shelf for toiletries would be useful to keep them dry. And the tiles in the bathroom need a good scrub! It seems overlooked for a long time."

"I was here for 24 nights and it was an overall fantastic stay. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and promptly serviced when required. I would highly consider making this hotel my regular for when I visit Tagum. "
