"The hotel and staff are great. However, the rooftop bar wasn’t open (not advertised) the breakfast was ironically really limited and poor and no kettle etc in the room, which would have been nice. Good location, given the price (tram stop across the room) and some great bars/ facilities close by as it’s on the outskirts. Great find. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Even having read the reviews before I left home in Scotland I could tell it was going to be a good hotel but even then, I was still blown away. Also, probably the comfiest beds I’ve ever had staying in a hotel. Only issue I had was when I checked in I was told that the rooms would be cleaned on request however coming back one day it was clear that someone had been in even though I never requested this, not the biggest of deals to be honest. "Kudos to the staff who were all so kind and efficient. The breakfast had a robust amount of offerings. The hotel is very clean. The hotel interiors, and the room I had, were a little dated. Bath products pretty basic. The room smelled of a plastic-like smell when I arrived. I noticed the stairwell smelled the same so it's just something that's in the building. The windows were lovely and can open so I was able to air out the smell. "
