"This is where I stay every time I come to visit family in Albuquerque. The staff is wonderful. I got great service from Monique and Rafael at the front desk and Socorro in housekeeping. The pet fee for my dog was $40 for my entire stay. The breakfast is excellent and fresh. Other food options are the Village Inn restaurant in front of the hotel and Perico's Mexican food next door. We have used the convenient free airport shuttle in the past. This is a clean and comfortable place to stay close...

"Be aware of the $100.00 deposit they take off your credit card immediately. But the return of that money will take 3-10 business days. Both the front desk clerk and the maintenance man were very unfriendly and condescending. The TV in our room was giving issue. The gentleman who came to fix it sarcastically said, "All you had to do was reset it." I will not stay here again. Any other motel or hotel I've stayed in will take a credit card for incidentals, but won't charge your card unless you took...
