"The hotel is in a pretty good location near by the main square, has a good parking lot, the property is remodeled and modern but unfortunately my husband and I were not able to get a good night sleep all 4 nights because the bed is extremely hard! "The location was probably the best part of this place. It was just off the beaten path that we didn't have much noise with the windows open, but it was close enough to everything that it was easily walkable. They had a great continental breakfast that really helped us start our days out right. We ended up in one of the rooms at the very top, so our ceilings were pretty low, and caused several of us to hit our heads. That's the reason for the 4 star instead of the 5. Otherwise, it was great! "

Only downside was we were behind reception, next to the carpark, bar and stairs. So some disturbance from noise and not able to leave the window open so the room was warm. We booked at the last minute and our options were limited, next time I might prefer to be in the city center, but this is conveniently located next to the “Bone Church”. "I stay in hotels at least 100 days year, all over US and Europe. The hotel is a great building with tons of character and the location is great to visit this unique town including the bone church. However, check-in was very difficult. We arrived at 4 pm. There was no answer at the door. We had an email promising a second email with further check-in instructions. The second email never came. Without help from Hotels.com, we never would have gotten the code to the lockbox to let ourselves...
