"Amenities are clean and new. Room is spacious. There is a library next to our room, with snack and drinks to purchase. Walk 5 min to no. 9 tram station, which takes 5 min to old town and train station. The only inconvenience is they sent a code to my email the day before which I forgot to check. When we arrived on Sunday afternoon, there’s no one at front desk, which makes us panicking. Finally another customer inside the building helped us."

"Small clean hotel close to bus and train. Rooms and bathroom are small, but just fine for a couple. Would stay again. Only con is there is no laundry services. You have to walk 2 mi or 20min tram ride to only self service laundry place in the city. Be sure to take plenty of coins, not cheap to do laundry. Hotel reception staff were very nice. "

"Very nice small hotel about 12 minutes away from Biel. Recommended. Free parking and reasonable price. Note their restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, but there is a very nice restaurant 2 minutes away called Bahnhof but closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays!"

"A quaint hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The room was small but sufficient. No AC with the summer heat resulted in a warm room. It would cool off at night by opening the windows, but without screens there were lots of bugs. I woke up to two bees in the bathroom and many bug bites. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay. "
