"It was cozy and the furniture was homey but modern felt like it was my own little peaceful oasis. Slept so good because it was such an ease getting in to my room and just turning on the tv. Definitely was the easiest check in and check out I’ve ever had as well"

"Eva and Filip are wonderful hosts. I had a weekend event and they did everything possible to accommodate all of my guests. The rooms are comfy and decorated tastefully. Breakfast is delicious and served by Eva. They also have The Red Onion restaurant on the Peninsula. Wonderful food also. "

"The worst experience Ive ever had with a rental, by far. I would not recommend renting this property, nor any other that is managed by EVOLVE. They have taken advantage of renters and owners across the country, it is well documented. This house was disgusting, we left without staying an hour. I was shocked that they would present a home in this condition to anyone. Drove 4 hours to stay here, then had to find another place to stay, which was over an hour away, because the house was so filthy....
