"I stayed 3 weeks,at the hotel. No problem with checking in, staff always friendly,helpful & polite. The Temasek Hotel in Melaka is a huge, airy, spacious hotel... Sad to say the staff lack good house keeping skills The bedrooms, showers etc need a good deep clean...the deco, in general, bedding, towels well worn,& discoloured very dated With it being a hot country, a small fridge in rooms would be much appreciated Management should play a big roll in staff training, supervision, & make sure...

"Property is abit rundown. But the water park is the best ever for my kids. So many slides. I got one free ticket for the water park, courtesy of the hotel staff. Location wise, the hotel is very near to the highway exit but abit far from Melaka town. Will definitely visit again."

"I wouldn't say it was that bad it's just that the hotel had water supply issue on my second day of my stay which means I didn't have water supply for my bathroom since morning.The tv channels were so bad that I didn't switched it on. The telephone was outside the room which was a first for me. Overall it was alright "

"This hotel is listed under Expedia when you search for hotels nearby Papeete. I booked it accidentally for this reason and canceled less than 5 min later when I realized the error. Expedia and this hotel have refused to refund and response to tell me that my five minute booking will not be refunded has been slow. Best case, the owners of this hotel are just not aware of the entire situation as communicated to them by Expedia...worst case is that the property is intentionally mislisted to scam...
