"We had an excellent stay and were very nicely surprised with a room upgrade and gift for our anniversary. The staff were amazing and it made our stay in Banff that much more excellent! The hotel is in the best location to be close to downtown, and is very clean and quiet. Also has great lobby bar and restaurant. Will always try to stay here when travelling to Banff. Thank you to the staff for the great surprises!"

"We stayed here for a wedding in Banff and had a great time. Room was spacious and clean, and staff are exceptionally helpful and well informed about the area. Just off Banff’s main drag, this hotel is centrally located to shops and dining, including a great bakery just around the corner for morning pastries. All things considered, it was reasonably priced and good value. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Banff."

"A family oriented hotel. We are a family of five and appreciate the space to have a kitchen and living area. This hotel is affordable. A bit outdated, but if that makes it affordable I don't mind. Unfortunately the regular pool is closed since COVID and never reopened (the pool is not really advertised so that is fair), and during this stay the maintenance of the waterpark got extended which resulted in being closed as well. "We had a wonderful room, very clean. Front desk staff were friendly and check in/out process was quick and easy! Hot tub was great, pool was closed during our stay however. "

"The hotel was in a great spot where it wasn’t too busy but you could still easily walk to all the shopping around Banff. Nice and quiet too. The parking was not great in my opinion. There is a parkade for a fee but with the park fee too, we opted out. Unfortunately the room we got, the one bed was very uncomfortable. There was a queen flat sheet that was on the bottom and not a full mattress protector so the mattress was hanging out. Which is kind of gross to me. We just asked for kings sheets...

"This was a quaint little spot. Expedia had an amazing deal and my friends and I enjoyed the view from this little chateau along with their amenities. My friends loved the complimentary coffee machine and downtown is walkable distance. The staff were helpful. The only thing we werent able to figure out was how to connect the TVs to our laptops using an hdmi and the staff was not able to help us either. We werent comfortable adding our information to the networks direcrly so we resorted to free...
