"Hotel was nice. Room was large and comfortable with a lovely view. Breakfast was simple but appreciated. For some reason my hotels.com booking was not found by the receptionist when we checked in which was somewhat concerning. The night receptionist gave us two single rooms when we had booked one double. This became an issue when we were checking out as we were charged a higher amount than we had booked for. Eventually after much discussion it was resolved thankfully. I would stay here again. "

"Although we spoke extremely basic German and the hotel staff had only simple English, this actually mattered little as everyone at the hotel went out of their way to make us very welcome. Dining was excellent, and service was beyond approach, and all in all we had a very happy and memorable stay."

"Nettes kleines Hotel in guter Lage und mit reichlich Parkfläche. Der Eingangsbereich ist sehr modern und einladend gestaltet, der Zimmerbereich ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und teils aus der Zeit gefallen (Flachspüler-Toiletten, Fernseher muss über zwei Remotes bedient werden). Zimmer war etwas kalt, aber ausreichend groß. Der Pool im Keller ist recht klein, sehr spartanisch gestaltet und entbehrt hinreichender Ablageflächen für mitgebrachte Gegenstände. "Room was very good. Personal reception friendly. Breakfast was the big problem. Why did they make a reservation for Groups or other withoutva timeline? Table are blocked complete morning an gast dont get table sit and the reservater come after 9 o clock. "

"This small hotel is located on a quiet residential street. My double room was clean, with a cosy seating area and a balcony with pleasant view. The hotel is flooded with light and has many homey touches throughout. Breakfast was basic, but sufficient. This was a good base for exploring the Southern Harz region. In Bad Sachsa I especially enjoyed Fannys schnitzel and waffle house restaurant, with nice views into the forest and friendly service. I also recommend the hiking trails above nearby...
