"This lovely clean home was a great base for exploring Mount Field National Park and also the Maydena Bike park is next door. Great as a family/ group stay. Everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. As a couple we just closed off the other 3 rooms and it felt cosy. Very warm with lots of heating options. ( Electric heaters in every room, air conditioner and log wood fire?) Great washer and dryer for cleaning muddy hiking gear. Lovely timber kitchen table. Friendly and helpful...

"Perfect choice for an active and enquiring grand child. The hosts involved the children in the morning feeding schedule with the donkeys, alpacas, the goat Princess Mary and the long horn Highland cattle along with explaining interesting characteristics. A stroll with the dogs around the property on a crisp morning and visit the horses. There was plenty of space to run, specially made climbing equipment and inside activities at the barbecue hut. Temperatures reached -4 but heating in chalet...
