"The front desk agent who checked us in was very rude. Had it not been for him our stay would have been a 5 star. I explained to him that we were unaware that our credit card had to be ran separately for the incidental fee and the parking (thinking our parking charge would be taken out of the incidental fee upon check out). "When I don’t have any comps at Borgata or hard rock I stay here and it’s absolutely quiet . The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. It’s 2 min away from the boardwalk (walking) very convenient."

"Really nice, recently renovated hotel. My only complaints were that the walls/doors are not soundproofed at all, and my room was close to the lobby, so I could hear every word that was said. My room also did not have a desk or anywhere to sit other than the bed. Also, the staff wasn't regularly around, so if you need anything, you have to call them. Finally, the description stated that there were laundry facilities, but there were not. "

"Check in went smoothly. Awesome view of the ocean! The windows had finger prints and the bath jets were shooting out hair. The curtains all had some sort of staining. Front desk was called and someone was sent up to clean. They did remove the parking and resort fees. The furnishings had all seen better days. We decided to stay an extra night and that was a hassle. "Stayed overnight to see a concert two blocks down. Very nice hotel that’s does a family oriented design in our room. Felt like I was at my grandmothers. Cozy. Lobby was decorated for Christmas season. Lobby does have retained its 1920’s design. Looks dated but appealing "
