At the front desk, I was told that they can check on this the next day as the AC was deactivated. We left the next morning so that didn't help at all for our sleep that night. "I have stayed here many times and it is one of the best places in Ukraine. The staff are very friendly and the room is spacious. I never have any issues and if I do, it is corrected quickly. A great place to stay!"

Very narrow staircase leading to second floor, making it difficult with a large suitcase. The only pluses were that the staff was friendly and the hotel is right in the city center."
