"Loved the friendly & helpful staff at reception & restaurant. Bar food was delicious & well presented. Pool & sauna were great. Good location, across from beach & bus stop across the road from hotel. Areas for improvement- no food service available from breakfast until bar opens at 5pm apart from limited prepacked sandwiches, crisps etc. Pool & sauna area is not suitable for anyone with limited mobility, narrow stairs, no hand rails and wet floors. Also high doorstop at door between games room...

"Great location lovely view of bay hotel was amazing only downfall at hotels was staff sometimes had to wait 10 to 20 minutes to get served at the bar and on check out nobody there to settle bar bill of £5.85 for a pint of beer and got email to say I'd left the property without paying lol if someone was there at reception i would have sorted my bill out but had to leave as taxi was waiting ✋️ 😀 "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the quality of the service, cleanliness, bar, restaurant, food etc etc. The employees were great too. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms. Whilst we were there, some decoration works were commenced indicating a recognition for ongoing maintenance is constant. The hotel would benefit from...

"Delightful place . The employees are super nice and good at their job.Very peaceful neighborhood around with view on the beach from the dining room. You can take the number 1 bus across the street to get to town in 7 minutes! Loved my room and appreciated the upgrade!"
