"Lovely hotel right at the town centre with shops and restaurants a few steps away. There’s also a restaurant in the hotel. The Bay of fires (Binalong bay) is around 10 mins drive away. The room is spacious with a small balcony with street view, however you can hear cars from the street early in the morning. "First time sleeping in a converted sea container. Beds were good, slept like a log. Space is of course limited but adequate. Outside is a bbq area and outdoor and indoor kitchen with all appliances and utensils supplied. Shower/toilet cabins (also converted sea containersare just a few meters away and clean."

"This location was a hidden gem. The outside doesn’t look like much but the room was completely renovated. But because it’s an amazing location, the cost per night was more expensive than an entire cabin near Port Arthur. But it was between Christmas and NYE 2024. There was wifi but it wasn’t strong enough for my partner to watch Kayo or other streaming services. "
