"The property and the staff are lovely !!!! Unfortunately we were there while pool renovations were being done and the jackhammer all day long was a bit much , however we were offered a small refund . They have an awesome water ferry on the property but on a winter limited schedule . We made the best of the transportation and would recommend this beautiful resort to anyone who asked ! "

"The suite could hardly have been more comfortable. Staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly, even offering us rides to nearby places, such as the grocery store. The balcony and view of the Sound were amazing. The property is situated directly next door to a ferry stop for Hamilton and even provided free ferry tickets. Only downside for me was the hotel is not close to restaurants or attractions. But between the ferry and taxis, it was not hard to get places."

"Simply the best hotel I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in a lot of hotels. Not many hotels have original Picasso, Banksy and Worhal works in the lobby and the art tour doesn't end there"

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Royal Palms. Room and facility was clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The property gardens are beautiful, it was so peaceful to sit outside and relax, reading or just sitting on a swing. Stop and smell the roses, delightful. Access to Hamilton and ferry/bus terminals is an easy 10-12 minute walk (on sidewalks!) Public transportation got us most anywhere in Bermuda. We made friends at both the included breakfast and...
