"The Emerald is a beautiful, homey place and I enjoy stopping there on my frequent trips. It's affordable, and simple (no extra accessories), but I am good with that. Always very clean. They are very convenient coming from the airport on the hourly shuttle service. Being a single lady traveling alone, I would appreciate it if the door were a little stronger (no loose door knob, a sturdier lock, etc.) just for securit's sake, but otherwise I am happy with the property and services. We were 2 couples that paid a week in advance through Hotels.com, confirmation was emailed and I phoned 3 times to confirm because we were going to arrive a bit earlier because we have a wedding close by. When we arrived they did not want to give us our room keys because they said they did not receive payment.
