I had never been to San Antonio so the choice of this welcoming and perfectly located hotel worked out very well for us."

"Overall nice accommodations, dated furniture and not for ADA. THE COUCH WAS RIDICULOUSLY midget SIZED. Not able to use. Service was sketchy. My stay 18 days. I re-upped several times 4 LOCATION. I kept the same room. Service didn't think they should come change out anything. ONE MAID CARED. Fortunately brought my own linens and cleaning supplies. SMH. My door was inop. "The attendent at front desk was exceptional. I cant remember her name, but we called her the boss. Anytime we needed anything during our 3 night stay, she was more than willing to help. All 10 of us came in town to party. While waiting for our room in the lobby(3 HOURS EARLY), we had multiple conversations with her. After she came up to us and said "Who's the boss?" We said "you're the boss. She said "Thats right!" Your Rooms are ready." That made the first impression of this hotel perfect."
