"I got there an hour before check-in time and my room was ready. It had all I needed, a good desk, stocked minibar and a confortable bed. The location for what I needed was unbeatable (next to the train station), but it's kind of boring. Their breakfast starts early (at 7am) and is glorious."

"After a 3 day stay, the most annoying thing was the greedy attitude of the reception staff who insisted on charging EUR 10 for a "late"? check-out of 1pm!! Unacceptable! On the upside, the rooms are recently re-painted and the noisy and sweaty plastic mattress covers they had, have fortunately been eliminated."

"The customer service was outstanding. Nani was amazing making us feel at home and any of our questions were treated as a high priority. I would totally recommend this place thanks to its friendly and helpful staff. Same goes for the gentleman managing the breakfast, he was incredibly helpful. Also I think "Vivian" at reception was more than helpful printing some important documents. It feels like this hotel has some good staff that they really need to keep :)"

"The bed was two mattresses joined together instead of an actual large mattress and it was noisy. Everything else was fine"

"When I first came to the room the lights were not working I had to open the fuse box and fix myself however the lady when checking in was amazing despite not knowing a lot of English she assisted me with direction well and when expecting the two beautiful staff members were welcoming and had no problem helping me check out would come again"

"Easy access to city center and clean rooms. Didn’t like that there was not enough parking although they did allow us to unload suitcases and then go to nearby public parking. Although there is an elevator to rooms, there is no elevator near reception area so you had to lift luggage up and down the stairs."
