"Clean, comfortable room, excellent for 1 person. The washroom is a bit see-through, so might not be that comfortable for friends who share a room. The hotel is close to two subway lines, and has a nice restaurant downstairs with a very decent “menu del día”, which is a lunch with a few set options. Highly recommend this place, I am here for the second time. "

"The customer service was outstanding. Nani was amazing making us feel at home and any of our questions were treated as a high priority. Also I think "Vivian" at reception was more than helpful printing some important documents. It feels like this hotel has some good staff that they really need to keep :)"

"I loved that the people in the front desk were very helpful, they let us leave our bags, because we got to the property about 3 hours early for our check in, the apartment spacious and clean, restaurants, markets where close by. My daughter's friend loved how close the property was to the Santiago Bernabeu stadium she attended a game and was only a 15 minute walk back to the property. Highly recommend this property. I will definitely stay here again when i visit Madrid again!"
