"This was a last minute reservation and we checked in well past the reception hours. The staff was very helpful in getting us in the room and were available to call 24/7 for help. The room was clean and the hotel is in the perfect location for walking the Belgrade city center. One star off for the blow dryer that was not functional (and we felt bad calling the staff after reception hours) and the heating was confusing.
