"This is a lower category hotel in the Melia chain, near 3* not the 4* and above we have stayed in previously and expected. The room was basic but had all amenities and the large bed was comfortable. "Fantastic weekend getaway! Staff are truly friendly and professional and were able to help us with everything we needed for the weekend! Britanny at the Lago hotel side was so friendly with recommendations as well! The only downside is the state of the spa, which i was disappointed in the condition. It needs maintenance and upgrading. "What a great stay! Brilliant points; staff, breakfast, washing machine & dryer available (€5 each), pools, heaps of sun beds, views, location to many restaurants, near bus stops, large bathroom, functionally equipped kitchen, Cala’n Bosch beach on the doorstep, right on the Cami de Calvalls walking route. Personal downside for us were the very hard mattresses (mentioned to staff & noted) but overall, a brilliant 10 night holiday. "
