"The location is amazing as you have direct access to beach and when you are finished at beach you can use the facilities of the swimming pool and the hot tub. The children play ground is good however we didn’t find the trampoline pillow. What wasn’t good was there is no bath within the cabins so hard when wanting to bath young toddler who aren’t keen on a shower. "Brooklands is a quaint motel on a site that included some history of Mornington. Everything worked fine, room was cleaned daily and we had parking in front of the unit. We were near down town - 10 minute walk."
