"Was in a refurbished Atrium room. Was comfortable and fresh. However furniture table on balcony had bad cup stains which was a bit of a let down. Atruims currently being refurbished The hotel seems a bit dated in all as most of these grand hotels. Some Atrium balconies could do with a fresh coat of paint or a good scrub. "Lovely place. We stayed with our small dog for a couple of nights. Facilities are amazing, golf, spa, swimming, gym, etc. Set in beautiful, peaceful grounds with easy access to Douglas (20 min drive) We had a 3 course meal in one of the restaurants and not only was the food amazing and very reasonably priced for the quality but it really felt like they went the extra mile... and were happy to. "The hotel was lovely, staff were all very friendly especially the cleaning staff, the room was immaculate as was the rest of the hotel. We booked a sea view room for the weekend from the pictures online thinking we would have seats looking out to the sea however the room simply had a high window, we could see the sea from it though!
