"This is a family run hotel. The husband and wife team will do anything you need to make your visit a pleasant one. I felt like I was part of an Italian family. When I told the owner I was vegan, he was worried that despite his huge complimentary breakfast spread, I wouldn't get enough to eat. There is wide variety of foods for every diet plan, even mine. "This property is a true gem. From the second you walk in, you are delighted by the beautiful decor and the lovely family that own and manage the hotel. Every detail is perfection. "The place was clean and nice. Unfortunately it says language spoken English. That wasn’t the case. Worked through that and then tried to eat. No vegetables at all my wife is vegan. Grocery store downstairs so we shopped, tried to borrow a fork from the hotel and NO was the answer. Ate with hands. Bummer"

"This area of Switzerland is very beautiful and not as heavily touristed as the St. Moritz area. Perhaps that's why the natives were so very very friendly and helpful. In any case, the folks who run this hotel are super nice and it's as immaculate as you can imagine. "Hotel Filli is within walking distance to the main street that has restaurants, bakery, shops and a marketplace. The room is very clean, comfortable and equipped with convenient amenities including a hair dryer and plenty of closet space. The hotel has its own restaurant that opens for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff was very nice and helpful with anything that we needed.
